Pet Licensing: Duplicate Tags
DUPLICATE TAGS
A duplicate license tag can be obtained by mailing a check for $5 to: Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control, 12440 E. Imperial Hwy, Suite 603 , Norwalk, CA 90650. Attn: Duplicate License Tag. Please provide your pet's license number on the check. If you don't know your pet's license number call our Licensing Office at (562) 345-0400. Designer tags are also available. If you prefer to make a payment in person, please visit any of our six animal care centers
