Pet Licensing: Duplicate Tags
DUPLICATE TAGS
A duplicate license tag can be obtained by mailing a check for $5 to: Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control, 5898 Cherry Ave. Long Beach, CA 90805. Attn: Duplicate License Tag. Please provide your pet's license number on the check. If you don't know your pet's license number call our Licensing Office at (562) 728-4706. Designer tags are also available.
