On January 1, 2020, the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) will begin processing new and renewal pet licenses for the unincorporated Los Angeles County areas of Altadena (zip codes 91001, 91104, 91107), La Crescenta-Montrose (91214, 91020, 91011), and East Pasadena/San Pasqual & Kinneloa Mesa (91107). DACC will honor all current animal licenses obtained with fees already paid to the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA (PHSS), and PHSS will be directing pet owners in these areas to make future payments to DACC.
