This form may also be used to report suspected animal abuse or neglect, in addition to stray animal concerns, non-emergency dog bites, and dead animal pickup. If you witness animal abuse in progress or an emergency situation, please call 911 immediately.

If you are contacting us about a sick or injured animal, please refrain from submitting an online request, as the delay could pose a risk to the animal. Please contact our Communication Center at one of the following numbers:
